By using MyMusic - 2001 (“the App”), you agree to these terms.

License

The App is licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Only add music you have the right to use
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App to infringe on others’ intellectual property rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of any music files you add to the App. We do not claim any rights to your content.

Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional tips/donations. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms. Tips are non-refundable.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
