By downloading, installing, or using PixelLearn ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Use.

App Functionality

PixelLearn is an educational app that allows you to:

• Practice math skills with addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division quizzes
• Learn grammar through spelling, vocabulary, and sentence structure exercises
• Play memory matching games with various emoji themes
• Compete in multiplayer mode with 2-4 players
• Create and manage multiple user profiles
• Track progress with correct answer and win counts

Free App

PixelLearn is provided free of charge. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or premium features. All functionality is available to all users at no cost.

User Content

You retain all rights to any profile names or data you create within the App. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to or control over your user-generated content.

Intellectual Property

The App and all its contents, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technological measures to control access to the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
