By downloading, installing, or using CoinConvert ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Use.

App Functionality

CoinConvert allows you to:

• Convert between different currencies using real-time exchange rates
• Use a built-in calculator for currency calculations
• Scan prices with your camera for instant conversion (Pro feature)
• Automatically detect prices in any currency (Pro feature)

Pro Subscription

The App offers a Pro subscription with the following terms:

• Free Trial: 7-day free trial period
• Pricing: $1.99/month after trial period
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID account settings

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

Exchange Rate Data

Exchange rates are provided by third-party services and are updated periodically. While we strive to provide accurate rates, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of exchange rate information. The App should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions.

Intellectual Property

The App and all its contents, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technological measures to control access to the App
• Use the App for professional financial trading or advice

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

EXCHANGE RATES ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR FINANCIAL DECISIONS. ACTUAL EXCHANGE RATES MAY VARY.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these terms. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
